The room and the staff were powerless to control the situation.
There were bachelor parties and there was a great lack of control, I were with my children and in the pool were bathing people with drinks inside, they even were naked and pissed in the pool in full view of everyone, it was a bad experience and there were moments of banditry.

The room is recently refurbished and is all new, but the best thing is the large terrace that has and breathtaking views, we stay on the 17th floor.
The worst thing was that the air conditioning was broken and they didn't solve it, thank God that at night it was cool with the window open.

For dads, it would be great if the pool had more shades.

A lovely way to end my weekend. Original low cost hotel for 4 nights in Benidorm. Brand-new and great-sized room with very clean beds, a dining area, a sitting area and a study table. Extra care from the very amiable staff. Private parking, exceptional service. Simple check-in.

Perfect Getaway Close to Everything!
This place was so good! The massive balcony offered great pool views, perfect for morning coffee. The reception staff stood out for their hospitality. Suggest bringing a makeup mirror since there's only one in the bathroom. We'll definitely book again for the convenience to the beach and old town!

Both the views and the facilities, as well as the location are very good, but of the best, the attention of Angela, the receptionist, who has given us an unbeatable treatment, totally recommendable to go.

The bed is VERY comfortable. The apartments are great, and the terrace with incredible sea views. We went in July and there was no noise and nothing could be heard from the room. Very central and next to the beach, everything can be done on foot.
The pool is a little small when the hotel is crowded.

The place was awesome for our group getaway! Super friendly staff helped us with everything, and the pool area was a great spot to chill. We enjoyed visiting nearby bars and checking out local restaurants. Don't miss the beach. It's only a short walk away. Definitely a value-for-money spot. I'd recommend it for fun trips with friends!
It was pretty tiny, made things tricky during busy times. Just something to keep in mind if you're not a fan of small spaces.

Rooms have a nice big balcony, and the apartment has good size. A/Cavailable. Supermarket at few minutes away.
Wifi and tv are charged apart. First night wasTOO noisy. A guy started making noise with two pans at 3am for a while.. Some other people knocking doors drunks, etc. Parking there is a big deal (in Benidorm in general) and the hotel has, but if available, it's 12€ a day. We left ours out in the blue-line parking spots in the street and was cheap, but have to be patient :)

Oh mate, the bar at La Era is an absolute gem! They whip up some smashing cocktails that will have you feeling fancy in no time. Plus, the vibe is great for a chill evening after a day of adventuring. Not to mention the spacious rooms with powerful showers and those large sunny balconies-perfect for soaking up that glorious Benidorm sun!
Now, I gotta give a cheeky nod to the pool's first impression-it looked a bit grim, but credit where it's due! They spruced it up by day two. Honestly though, as a foot-dipper, it didn't thrown me off my zen vibes.

Excellent hotel *** ratio of quality and price. The apartment has very good beds, it is very comfortable and central.I was with my wife and 2 small children everything was perfect. I will not come back because I prefer to go to other places but certainly, I was very happy with La Era Park. Thank you.

Era Park is close to all amenities and is ideal for an overnight stay. We had a room on the 17th floor which had an amazing view over Benidorm. Clean kitchen and utensils. When we arrived the garage was full. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and, albeit fruitless, searched the garage trying to find us a space. When we returned after our day out a space had been reserved for us for which we were most grateful as street parking is impossible.
Garage facilities not quite as advertised - 20 places for 72 rooms! Street parking is impossible.

The good treatment of the hotel staff
The behavior of foreigners, young people behaved like animals, older foreign people do not. They leave their country and believe that this is the third world.
